Help
How can we help?
Short answers for getting your family's sports plan working.
Add Corralio to your phone
iPhone and iPad
- Tap Share. At the bottom of Safari; if you don’t see it, tap ••• first.
- Tap Add to Home Screen. Scroll down if needed.
- Tap Add.
Android
In Chrome, use Install Corralio when it appears in your plan, or open the browser menu and choose Install app or Add to Home screen. In Samsung Internet, open Menu → Add page to → Home screen. Follow the phone’s confirmation, then open Corralio from its new icon.
If you dismissed the offer, you can still install from your browser menu. Desktop browsers don’t show the phone offer.
Using Corralio with weak or no signal
Open This Weekend while connected to save this weekend’s plan on this device. With weak signal or offline, the saved view shows when it was loaded. It expires after that weekend; it is not a live update.
Person filters, card details and Directions still work. Maps may need downloaded coverage. Controls labelled Needs a connection can’t save changes offline. Nothing is queued; reconnect and make the change in the live plan.
Upcoming is a live page. Only This Weekend has a saved offline view. Sign-out and account deletion clear the saved plan on this device.
Updating Corralio
Reconnect and reopen Corralio to get the latest version. There is no app-store update to download. If an older screen stays open, close it and reopen it while connected.
Install and offline troubleshooting
No Install button? Use the steps above; some browsers don’t offer an install button, and an already installed app won’t show the offer.
No saved plan? Connect, sign in and load This Weekend on this device. Your browser may have cleared its storage, or the saved weekend may have ended. Private browsing may not keep a saved plan.
If a connection-needed action won’t work, reconnect and wait for the live plan to replace the Offline banner before trying again.
Getting started
Connect a team calendar and, if you want, add your child’s name in Add Calendar. Corralio brings those schedules together in one family plan.
Calendar links explained
A calendar link is a subscription link, sometimes called iCal, ICS, or webcal. It is different from downloading a one-time calendar file.
Read how sports calendar feeds workArrive by and Leave by
Arrive by is when the team wants you there. Leave by is when to leave home to make it.
If the team has not supplied an arrival time, Corralio uses your arrival settings or the labelled default. Leave by is an estimated drive time, not a live traffic prediction.
Why there is no drive estimate
Add or confirm Home. Save a usable Home address in Family, or choose another starting place on the event. Your address stays private. Set Home
Starting place could not be loaded. Connect to the internet and reload your plan. Check your saved Home or starting place if the message stays.
The venue is not confirmed. Corralio needs a physical location to estimate the drive. A missing location or PO box cannot be used. Check the team schedule and ask your team for the venue or street address.
The drive could not be worked out. Check the destination and starting place, then reload when online. If you chose another starting place, select it again to retry.
This looks like a travel day. Set where you will start that day when Corralio asks. It cannot assume you are leaving Home or know where you are staying.
The event is beyond the estimate window. Check back closer to the event. You can still check the venue and plan your trip in your maps app.
The estimate is not ready. Check that Home and the team venue are available. Events farther ahead may not have an estimate yet; check again closer to the date. Set Home
Going in your Corralio plan
Going changes only your Corralio family plan. It does not tell the coach or change attendance in your team app.
If you are not going, Corralio leaves that event out of your drive and conflict planning. You can change your choice later. Keep using your team’s usual RSVP process.
Platform instructions
TeamSnap Classic and TeamSnap ONE have different steps. Choose the version your team uses below. ONE emails the link; copy the link for the child’s team, not the all-teams link.
Arbiter sends its calendar link by email. If GameChanger offers to email the link, check that message and copy the subscription link rather than downloading a calendar file.
Not sure which? TeamSnap ONE is a separate app with an 'All Schedules' tab. If you use the regular TeamSnap app or website, choose Classic.
GameChanger
- Open your team’s schedule in GameChanger.
- Find its calendar subscribe or export option and copy the calendar link.
- Return here and paste that link below.
If GameChanger emails your calendar link, check your inbox and spam. Copy the subscription link from the message, not a downloaded calendar file.
TeamSnap Classic
- Open TeamSnap in a web browser and go to your team’s schedule.
- Choose Settings, then Sync Calendar or Export.
- Copy the calendar link, then return here and paste it below.
Use TeamSnap Classic in a web browser. If the link is not shown, check your inbox. ONE is a different app with different steps.
If the link is not shown on screen, check your inbox. Skip the one-tap Subscribe or Sync Google Calendar buttons: they add the schedule to your phone’s calendar without giving you a link to paste here.
TeamSnap ONE
- Open the TeamSnap ONE mobile app and go to All Schedules.
- Tap the calendar icon and choose the option to sync another calendar.
- TeamSnap emails a link for each team plus an 'all teams' link. Copy the link for this child's team, not the all-teams link, which mixes every child's schedule.
TeamSnap ONE emails the link. Check your inbox and copy this child’s team link, not the all-teams link.
TeamSnap ONE emails the calendar link rather than showing it on screen. Skip one-tap buttons that only add the schedule to your phone’s own calendar. If an imported event appears at midnight, confirm its time in TeamSnap.
Stack Team App
- Open your team’s Events or Schedule in Stack Team App.
- Choose its calendar subscription option and copy the calendar link.
- Return here and paste that link below.
Look for Subscribe, iCal, ICS or webcal. You need a subscription link, not a one-time calendar download.
ArbiterLive
For school team schedules
- Sign in to ArbiterLive, or create a free account.
- Find the school and team, then choose Follow.
- Set Role to Parent, select Email me the iCal link, and choose Subscribe.
- Check your email after a minute or two and copy the calendar link.
- Return here and paste that link below.
Arbiter emails the calendar link. Check your inbox and spam after requesting it; copy the link from the message.
ArbiterLive emails your calendar link rather than showing it on screen — check your inbox a minute or two after subscribing.
Arbiter (Officials)
For officials — syncs accepted game assignments for a person in your family
- Sign in to ArbiterSports.
- Choose Settings, then Preferences.
- Under Calendar Sync, choose Send Email.
- Check your email for the iCal link ArbiterSports sends.
- Return here and paste that link below.
Arbiter emails the calendar link. Check your inbox and spam after requesting it; copy the link from the message.
This connects an official’s game assignments. We haven’t yet confirmed how ArbiterSports reports declined, reassigned, or canceled games in this feed. Until that’s verified, double-check any important change directly in ArbiterSports.
LeagueApps
For LeagueApps team schedules
- Open your LeagueApps schedule.
- Choose Subscribe to Calendar, then choose Copy Link.
- Return here and paste that calendar link below.
Look for Subscribe, iCal, ICS or webcal. You need a subscription link, not a one-time calendar download.
If a LeagueApps game is rescheduled, its calendar feed may contain both the old game marked RESCHEDULED and the new game. Corralio hasn’t yet verified how that appears here, so double-check important changes directly in LeagueApps.
Other calendar
- Open the app or website where your team schedule lives.
- Look for Subscribe, Export calendar, iCal, ICS, or webcal and copy that link.
- Return here and paste the public calendar link below.
Look for Subscribe, iCal, ICS or webcal. You need a subscription link, not a one-time calendar download.
Corralio can connect a standard public iCal, ICS, or webcal subscription link.
Troubleshooting
If a schedule does not connect, check that you copied a calendar subscription link rather than a one-time download or a link that opens only inside the sports app.
For an important schedule change, check the source app directly.
Thursday texts
Thursday texts are an optional Weekend Ready briefing. You can choose whether to receive them in your account settings.
Manage Thursday textsAdd your Corralio plan to your calendar
This sends your Corralio plan out; to bring a team’s schedule in, use Add a calendar.
Connect Google Calendar
In Family, choose Connect Google Calendar and approve the connection in Google. It needs none of the calendar-link steps below.
Connect Google CalendarUsing a calendar link instead
Your Family page can create a private Corralio calendar feed for your household. Add that feed to the calendar app you use.
- On a computer, open Google Calendar in a web browser (calendar.google.com).
- Click + next to "Other calendars", then From URL.
- Paste your Corralio calendar link, then Add calendar.
- In Settings, check the box next to the new calendar and Save.
- On your phone, open the Google Calendar app: Menu → Settings.
- Under your account, tap Show more, then tap the Corralio calendar.
- Turn Sync on.
- The Google Calendar phone app can't add a calendar link. Step 1 has to be done on a computer.
- Google updates linked calendars every few hours, so changes can be late.
- Google doesn't show alerts for linked calendars. Use Connect Google Calendar if you want alerts.
To hide it on your phone, uncheck it in the app's menu. To remove it completely, use Google Calendar on a computer.
Apple Calendar
In Apple Calendar, wherever you subscribe, uncheck Remove alerts and Remove attachments once. These settings travel with the subscription across your Apple devices.
Departure alerts work in Apple Calendar.
Sharing
Share a plan when someone outside your household needs to see selected sports events. You can stop a share when it is no longer needed.
Manage your family planAccount and privacy
